Get ready to bring out your inner athlete and make your way to Thrive City to take part in our Weekly Fitness Classes presented by Kaiser Permanente. Throughout June and August, we will offer a variety of free classes featuring fitness professionals who will help you stay active. These classes are open to all levels, no matter where you are in your wellness journey.
10AM-11AM: Elevated Intervals - HIIT
Bring the energy, leave feeling powerful! Bursts of cardio, lower body, upper body and core exercises designed to disrupt the norm and keep you invigorated and strong!
11AM-12PM: Aligned - Pilates
A pilates inspired class that combines core conditioning with a bit of fitness fire!
Jai Mac Neil:
Jai Mac Neil is a Professor at the University of San Francisco in the Kinesiology Department as well as the Change Institute. She is the facilitator and creator of the Self-Transformation Empowerment Program at USFCA, a program dedicated to empowering undergraduate and graduate students and their leadership. Jai is also a Performance Coach for the Golden State Warriors as well as a Motivational Speaker and Mindset Specialist. Some of her past and current clients include: Golden State Warriors, TIME, Forbes, NIKE, Memorial Sloan Kettering, Kaiser, San Francisco Academy of Science, Academy of Art, SFSU, J.P. Morgan, Lululemon, Equinox, Self Magazine and members of the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, MLS, NHL and an Olympic Medalist.
Don't forget to bring a bottle of water and a mat!
