Synchronize: A Panel Discussion Centering the Queer DJ of Color
at Fingersnaps Media Arts
(7:30 PM- 10:00PM)
Fingersnaps Media Arts, in the heart and soul of the Mission district San Francisco, is hosting "Synchronize," a panel discussion that celebrates the multi-faceted life of the DJ. Fingernsnaps is a DJ Studio where we teach the art of the DJ mix.
In honor of Pride 2026, this discussion amplifies the voices of Queer DJs of color making music today. Our panel features a cohort of Bay Area DJs creating in different sectors, communities, and organizations. Mixing across sounds, audiences, and levels of experience, each DJ will discuss their joys, challenges, and truths.
Please join us on Monday, June 22nd at 7:30 PM PST to gather with local Queer DJs of color in the Bay and learn about their lived experiences, inspirations, investments, and creative processes.
Tickets for the event are $25. The price includes entry to the panel and a raffle ticket for the chance to win a private, two-hour, one-on-one DJ lesson at Fingersnaps for the lucky recipient. Raffle winners must be present to win.
