Pride House SF invites you to gather for a World Cup Final Watch Party and an afternoon exploring the intersection of sport, identity, and community.
Alongside a live screening of the final match, attendees can experience our collaboration with the GLBT Historical Society - the exhibition "Taking Up Space: Queer Sport & Belonging in San Francisco," which traces the history and cultural impact of LGBTQ+ athletes and communities in the Bay Area.
The space will also offer a moment to reflect on the role of Pride House SF as a space for visibility and inclusion in sport. As San Francisco looks ahead to upcoming global sporting events, the event will include a forward-looking conversation on legacy, including a transition toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
Seating in The Commons is first come, first served. Overflow seating will be available in the KQED lobby.
